After seizing opportunities and identifying problems, suggest ideas and evaluate them internally to get the initial feedback.
Create prototypes, workflows, journey maps, mockups, basically anything that helps visualize hypotheses and consolidate assumptions.
Identify what is vital for a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), build it, and present it to users as soon as possible.
Get feedback and reiterate as many times as needed, until you get a smile. Only then, begin adding new features.
